The show includes songs like, “Hoe Emma, Hoe,” a call and response slave song and “Never Give Up” a song originally performed by one of gospel music’s most celebrated contemporary artists, Yolanda Adams. And what is even more remarkable about my art is that I create my paintings start to finish in about 3 minutes! My name is Adam Miller Geld, but I bill myself as "Atom - World's Fastest Painter". I'm both an artist and a showman, and I paint my amazing moon art in front of live audiences. Using just a can of spray paint and a knife, I take a blank canvas and turn it into a stunning piece of art while crowds watch, fascinated. I first learned how to paint small paintings with spray cans years ago while traveling in Mexico. I found the technique of layering paint and removing it with a knife to be just what I was searching for. I could have instant gratification and realize my artistic vision in minutes. Using this style of painting, I could create infinite varieties of extremely colorful paintings that were exciting and otherworldly. I canceled the rest of my trip, stayed in Mexico and apprenticed with the top spray can artist there. When I was ready, I bought a one-way ticket to Tokyo. My plan was to travel the world, creating my paintings on street corners - taking my art directly to the public and putting on a good show at the same time! It was scary at first, not speaking a word of Japanese, and not knowing if my art or I would be accepted in a different culture. I wanted to expose my paintings to the greatest number of people, so I positioned myself in front of the notoriously crowded Tokyo commuter train station. I was hoping to make enough to buy noodles, more paint, and pay for my hostel. The people just loved my art and loved watching me make it. They bought each and every painting. I was an instant hit. Traveling all over the world as a street artist has been an incredible adventure, both good and bad. The bad - shop merchants have chased me away, police have issued me tickets, and I've even been arrested. You can see the articles below about how I took on the L.A.P.D. and won, after they arrested me and violated my civil rights. Now my life is very different. I'm paid to perform my show, and I've performed professionally at many events - most of which you can see above, and I've even been on TV in several countries. The exposure has brought me directly to the art-buying public. The demand and price for my artwork have increased. Show Facts: - All paintings are 11"x14" and each takes about 3 minutes to create.
- All paintings will be different landscapes (tropical, space, and future worlds). Unfortunately, he does not paint Hendrix or portraits.
- Paintings are signed, dried instantly, and wrapped.
- Can perform to your music or he can bring taped music.

Even with a degree in Architecture, it’s hard to believe there was ever a time Leroy Williams considered not being a performer. In place at a nice secure government job with the Corps of Engineers in Norfolk, Virginia, Leroy stumbled into an open mic night at a local comedy club...and took first place. After winning a gig as the MC, Leroy was hooked. Bitten, but still practical, Leroy did not commit to standup until returning to his home town of Houston, Texas in 1991, the mecca of comedy in the southwest US. Leroy became a regular at the Comedy Place, which proved a great training ground. Even though the audience only consisted of 3 to 150 patrons, the show went on. You could be called on to MC or headline with no advance notice. You either worked hard at becoming a better comedian or got left back in the pack of also rans and could have beens. Leroy paid his dues the old-fashioned way...by working the road. The experience proved invaluable as Leroy climbed through the ranks to headline such notable clubs as Pierce St. Annex in Anchorage, Alaska. The Punchline and Bobby’s Comedy Corner in Houston, Texas, The Comedy Lift in Omaha, Nebraska. His international performances include Germany, Italy, Japan and Korea. Having appeared on BET’S Comic View numerous times and opening for such notable acts as Steve Harvey, Cedric the Entertainer and D.C. Curry. Leroy added hypnosis to his repertoire to the delight of audiences in clubs, colleges and corporate events nationwide. “One of my most favorite entertainers, he slips from comedian to hypnotist in a fast paced show that leaves you wanting more.” Linda Cunningham - Take a Break Cruises and Travel
Arguably the only black stand-up comedian/hypnotist in the country (if you don’t count baptist preachers). Leroy’s show can be tailored to fit your needs for all ages and any venue. With a mixture of urban contemporary observational comedy, hip-hop, hypnotic improvisation and undeniable stage presence, HynoBro is guaranteed to bring Da Laffs. Hypnosis has just added a new flavor. So let’s all get HypBrotized.

 | | | | | | The first one-woman show by talented young Bronx-born poet/writer/actress/musician/activist Caridad De La Luz a.k.a La Bruja ["The Witch"], Boogie Rican Boulevard debuted at the famed Nuyorican Poets Cafe in 1998. It has since been produced off-Broadway at The Producers Club, at hundreds of venues around the world, from San Francisco to Switzerland, and, newly revised in 2003, sold out its eight-week run at New York's Tea Theater, where it was sponsored by Cafe Bustelo, Hot 97, Urban Latino Media, and Red Bull. Though a richly entertaining portrait of generations of a Puerto Rican family living in the Bronx, and the perfect vehicle for La Bruja's prodigious comedic and dramatic skills, it is Boogie Rican Boulevard's surprising interconnections, deft balance of humor and heartbreak, and complex yet compassionate worldview that elevate it from first-class entertainment to enduring classic. A penetrating depiction of the contemporary Nuyorican experience, it is an important addition to the oeuvre of great Latino-American literature; yet with its singular characters, subjects ranging from baseball to Buddhism, and moving explorations of love, loss, and togetherness, Boogie Rican Blvd. is also, like all classics, a universal work for all audiences. A reknowned spoken-word poet and classically trained actress with numerous film, television, and theater credits, La Bruja puts her famously versatile talents to good use in the seventy-five-minute show, which also incorporates music, dance, and poetry. Faced with her gamine beauty, it is difficult to imagine her taking on the vacant stare of Lola the addict, the cocky stance of teenage gangsta Pito, or the hunched, slightly pained shuffle of aging patriarch Don Jose, but in Boogie Rican Blvd., La Bruja brings all of these characters and more to life with an effortless fluidity, a pitch-perfect precision, that stuns, delights, and ultimately awes. Says The Daily News: "Over the course of her 75-minute, one-woman-show...so seamless is [La Bruja's] transformation between characters, it's hard to shake the impression that five different actors have been hard at work... Boogie Rican Boulevard is bound to go places, whether it's to off-Broadway or the big screen." | | | | | | | |
