Dr. Fran Harris, WNBA Champion, national television personality and inspirational speaker is what you might call a "megapreneur". An entrepreneur since age 9, her energeic messages of possibility has been heard in over 30 countries. She is the CIO (Chief Inpowerment Officer) of Fran Harris Enterprises, which develops film, television, publishing, multimedia, games and Internet properties.
A former ESPN, Lifetime Television and FOX Sports announcer, Dr. Fran has appeared on many national television shows and outlets including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, CNN Headline News, The Learning Channel, FitTV, PAX TV, The Style Network, Inside Stuff, CNNfn, The Today Show Weekend Edition, Lifetime Television, College Sports TV, The TV Guide Channel, Comedy Central, NBC’s iVillage Live and most recently Oprah's XM Radio Network. She has been interviewed on hundreds of radio shows including NPR and The Tavis Smiley Show. Harris writing has appeared in The New York Times and USA Today and her more than 14 books include her most recent, Will The Real You Please Stand Up?
A former Procter & Gamble sales and training executive, Dr. Fran is a coach and consultant to entrepreneurs, emerging businesses and Fortune 100 companies. In the fall of 2007, FHE will launch Collegepreneur?, the country's first national business publication for college students. Her company's also in production on several television shows including Women Who Mean Business, Outside Chances and Collegepreneur TV. She was a member of the Houston Comets’ first WNBA Championship team in 1997 and holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
