Dana Gilmore, 24, is a native of
Kansas City, Missouri. Dana is a graduated from
Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia. While
there she earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in International Business and Finance and was
bestowed with high honors graduating Magna Cum
Laude. Dana was awarded a continuing academic
scholarship to complete her graduate studies at
Morris Brown. Additionally, she was offered scholarships
through the Historically Black Colleges and Universities
(HBCU) program and studied overseas for a semester
at the University of Ghana in Ghana, West Africa.
More than a gift, writing is a calling for Dana
Gilmore. Gilmore’s poetic style is very
clear-cut and real. She is a well-rehearsed professional
who can deliver what she promises. This holds
true whether it is an audience of one or one thousand.
Dana Gilmore’s purpose is to deliver her
